As part of our Managed Services team, you will be responsible for continuing the development and growth of Daymark's evolving Managed Service offerings. Key responsibilities will include daily management of client environments, architecture planning, and customer support. Critical to the success of service delivery will be educating and supporting customers, maintaining effective communication and task management. There will be times when you are working as part of a team as well as times when you will work independently. Daymark has a great culture and team where you can collaborate, learn a lot of new technologies and solve complex problems for our customers.
You will be involved in all aspects of delivery managed services; customer presentations, reporting, troubleshooting, architecture and administration, system maintenance and upgrades, documentation, client support and knowledge transfer.
An additional focus will be continually enhancing our service delivery, building knowledge base articles, executing tasks and support requests.
Candidate will be required to maintain product and vendor certifications and must be willing to travel within the New England region on occasion. Daymark works hard to maintain strong technical capabilities by providing team members access to training, passes to technical conferences and a well rounded lab environment in our main office.
