Daymark Expands its Microsoft Gold Partnership to Office 365

MICROSOFT GOLD.pngLexington, MA, February 7, 2018 – Daymark Solutions, a leading provider of information technology solutions, today announced that it has expanded it Gold Cloud Platform partnership with Microsoft to achieve Gold Cloud Productivity partner level status for Office 365. The Gold Cloud Platform is the highest Microsoft partnership level and is only earned by partners that have demonstrated technical expertise with Microsoft solutions and have a significant number of successful customer deployments and client references. 

In addition to proof of customer excellence in delivering Office 365 solutions, Gold Cloud Productivity partners must pass stringent exams including “Managing Office 365 Identities and Requirements” and “Enabling Office 365 Services.” Daymark technical consultants must also be certified as Microsoft Certified Solutions Associates (MCSA) in Office 365. This certification demonstrates deep skills in migrating to and administering cloud-hosted business applications with Microsoft Office 365.

“Achieving Microsoft Gold Cloud Competency and Gold Cloud Productivity reflects our continued commitment to help customers maximize the benefits of the cloud,” said Corey Roberts, Director of Cloud and Managed Services, at Daymark. “Recognizing the outstanding degree of support we provide to our customers and completing all of Microsoft’s certification and training requirements places Daymark in the small percentage of Microsoft partners who have achieved Gold Level competency.”

 Daymark holds more than 20 Microsoft certifications and competencies in addition to this recent additional Office 365 achievement, including Datacenter and Small & Midmarket Cloud certifications. These advanced competencies are an important addition to Daymark’s growing cloud solution portfolio and its more than 350 technical certifications.

Daymark is also a Microsoft Tier 1 Cloud Solution Provider (CSP), offering technical support and managed services for Microsoft Azure and Office 365. Tier 1 Cloud Solution Provider status requires Daymark to demonstrate the technical capabilities of its Professional Services organization and the Managed Services team who support customers from Daymark’s 24/7 Network Operation Center located in Lexington, Massachusetts.

Daymark also maintains a close working relationship with the local Microsoft team in Burlington, MA, providing access to the Microsoft Technology Center, which Daymark utilizes to host customer briefings and proof of concept exercises.
