Operations Accountant  
Remote | Burlington, MA

We have an immediate opening in our growing Finance & Operations Team for an Operations Accountant. The Operations Accountant will support accounting and financials for all aspects of our high-tech business, including sales & purchase orders, shipping & receiving, inventory and reporting. This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic individual who has strong communication skills and wants to work in an agile environment where everyone is committed to being part of a team focused on customer success. This is hybrid position based at our new offices in Burlington with remote options. The position reports to the CFO.

Responsibilities include:

• Creating sales orders
• Creating and issuing purchase orders
• Providing product status updates
• Shipping and receiving of equipment
• Processing po invoices into NetSuite
• Creating and maintaining inventory items in NetSuite
• Managing the RMA process
• Month end inventory reporting
• Other duties as assigned

Must possess:

• Good communication skills
• Willingness to work in a hybrid setting
• Ability to work independently as part of a team
• Willingness to assist in all areas of the business

This position is ideal for someone with 1-3 years of finance / operations experience working for a fast-paced company.
