Operations Associate

Operations | Lexington, MA

As part of our growing Finance and Operations Team, you will be responsible for performing the following:

• Creating sales orders
• Creating and issuing purchase orders
• Shipping and receiving of equipment
• RMA process
• Providing product status updates
• Month end inventory reporting
• Processing purchase orders and invoices into NetSuite
• Creating and maintaining items in NetSuite
• Other duties as assigned

Desired Qualifications:

• Good communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Willingness to help out in all areas of the business

This position is ideal for someone with 1-3 years of finance/operations experience working for a fast paced company.
