Senior Account Executive

Daymark Solutions is currently seeking qualified Senior Account Executives to work in the New England region.

As part of our team, you will be responsible for establishing and growing customer relationships.  Key responsibilities will include developing opportunities, providing technical guidance and ensuring quality execution.  Critical to the success will be attention to detail, strong communication and outstanding customer satisfaction.  There will be times when you are working as part of a team on large opportunities as well as times when you will work independently.  You will find that Daymark has a great culture and team where you can collaborate, learn new technologies and solve complex problems for our customers.

Leveraging our deep technical knowledge and capabilities with many leading hardware, software, cloud and managed services offerings you work to develop solutions for customers.  We provide comprehensive Datacenter, Cloud and Managed Service architectures that address the most challenging issues customers face today.  Key partners include Microsoft, Infinidat, Pure, Nutanix, EMC, NetApp, Veritas, Rubrik, Cisco, Palo Alto, VMware, Mimecast, and Okta.  With over 250 technical certifications, Daymark’s Professional Services and Managed Services teams provide critical consulting, assessment, architecture and deployment assistance to clients throughout the Northeast.

Requirements:

  • Establishing high-level relationships with technology and business decision makers.
  • Managing complete sales cycle from lead generation, proposal creation and delivery, to building and maintaining on-going client relationships.
  • Managing sales process to achieve sales quotas.
  • Working with consulting and technical team members and project managers to deliver Daymark value proposition.
  • Effectively communicating solution options to clients.
  • Maintaining required sales certifications.
  • Establishing long term business relationships with clients and business partners.
  • Minimum of 8 years sales experience in the IT industry.
  • Minimum of 2 years selling Network, Security, Cloud and/or Managed Service solutions
  • Strong organizational, planning and presentation skills.
  • In-depth account knowledge and existing relationships in the territory.
  • Proven track record of delivery on sales objectives.
  • Strong knowledge of storage, backup, virtualization, networking and cloud solutions.

Additional Desired Skills:

  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies at a rapid pace.
  • Understanding of cloud technologies and how they integrate with existing solutions.
