Microsoft 365 – Implementation Consultant (Commercial & GCC High)

Daymark Solutions is seeking an amazing Microsoft technologist to join our growing team. We are looking for a team member with experience in Professional Services as both a pre-sales (20%) and post-sales (80%) consultant. An individual that enjoys working with customers from the very first meeting to the delivery of end state documentation and everything in between. Someone who loves Microsoft 365 and is passionate about using it to create innovative solutions to solve complex challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and configure Microsoft 365 solutions (Commercial & GCC High)
• Lead migrations (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, tenant-to-tenant)
• Develop technical documentation and architecture diagrams
• Provide knowledge transfer and training to client teams
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and security requirements
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues during project delivery
• Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
• Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Prior consulting experience delivering Microsoft solutions from design to implementation is strongly preferred.
• A candidate that is very interested in building on existing implementation experience and honing those skills while they grow into new technical areas.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate both business and technology topics.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills including the ability to manage communications internally and with the customer during challenging situations.
• Knowledge and experience with core Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Entra ID Microsoft Teams, and OneDrive for Business.
• Knowledge and experience with Microsoft 365 GCC High in support of regulated environments specifically the Defense Industrial Base.
• Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Defender Suite, including Defender for Endpoint, Defender for Cloud Apps, and Defender for Identity.
• Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Intune for Mobile and Windows Autopilot, app deployment, device lifecycle, configuration profiles.
• Knowledge and experience with Azure Virtual Desktop and Windows 365 Endpoint management.
• Experience with Quest On Demand Migration tools and/or 3^rd party migration solutions.
• Due to Azure Government, Microsoft 365 GCC High, and Defense Industrial Base system access being restricted under federal security and compliance regulations, this position requires U.S. citizenship.

Certifications (Currently hold them or the ability to achieve them during the first 12 month).

• MS-102 (Microsoft 365 Administrator Expert)
• SC-100 (Cybersecurity Architect Expert)
• SC-200 (Security Operations Analyst)
• SC-300 (Identity & Access Administrator)
• SC-401 (Information Protection Administrator)
• AZ-104 (Azure Administrator)
