Daymark Basic Support Services provides clients with dedicated phone, email or portal support from Daymark’s cloud-certified consultants 8:00-8:00 pm ET weekdays and 24/7 access to knowledge base resources, billing, and support requests through the MyDaymark portal. Customers benefit from proactive service and tenant notifications, an annual environment review and a commitment of initial response to urgent issues within four hours.

Premier Support

Clients of Premier Support Services are guaranteed 24/7 access to Daymark support from certified consultants through the channel of their choice (phone, email or portal) as well as 24/7 access to knowledge base resources, billing, and support requests through the MyDaymark portal. Customers benefit from proactive service and tenant notifications, a technical expert review of their environment every six months and a commitment of initial response to urgent issues within one hour.
