Advanced Support

MyDaymark Advanced Support is designed for customers purchasing Microsoft products and services through Daymark, a Microsoft Direct Cloud Solution Provider.  As a Microsoft CSP, Daymark offers Microsoft cloud and on-premise solutions as subscriptions and perpetual licenses. MyDaymark Advanced Support provides customers access to our deep technical expertise and escalation to Microsoft engineering when they run into issues.

Premier Support

MyDaymark Premier Support is designed for customers with a wide range of Microsoft products and services, both in the cloud, and on premise in their datacenter.  MyDaymark Premier covers all current Microsoft products and services regardless of where or how customers acquired them. This enables customers to consolidate all their Microsoft support needs to a single support services partner. It also  provides a cost effective alternative to Unified Support for customers that do not meet the minimum requirements for a Unified Support agreement.

Managed Services

Daymark's Managed Service for Microsoft Azure is designed to provide comprehensive support and management for your Azure environment. Our service ensures that your Azure infrastructure is optimized, secure, and aligned with your business goals, allowing you to focus on your core operations while we handle the complexities of cloud management.

Management Platform

At the core of our management platform is Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service a robust, cloud-based solution designed to enhance customer support operations and Azure Lighthouse a comprehensive management service from Microsoft that allows Daymark to manage Azure environments with precision, efficiency, and security.

Security & Compliance

Security and compliance are critical aspects of Daymark's operations, ensuring the protection of sensitive data and adherence to regulatory requirements.  All MyDaymark Services are SOC 2 Type II validated by a team from an external audit firm.  The SOC 2 Type II report demonstrates that Daymark has stringent controls in place to mitigate risks related to data security, confidentiality, privacy and availability, giving you the assurance that your information will be processed with highest integrity.
